  This is in response to Mr. Ayes negative review. Mr. Ayes contracted us to fabricate and install duct work. Which is exactly what was done. I returned to the job twice to resolve his issue. The style furnace he has doesn't allow the fan to spin at full rpm which is what is causing his issue. I also called the manufacturer of his furnace (Carrier) their response was that his furnace wasn't capable of putting out the air flow that was required under a heat load. I am sorry that Mr. Ayes didn't have a pleasurable experience with us even though we tried to appease him.
