  When I traveled more for work, I always stayed at various types of Marriott hotels. I'm sorry to say that this Residence Inn did not meet the quality I expected from a Marriott. The bed was old and bouncy like a trampoline. The carpeting in the room was torn/damaged and was being held together with what looked like carpet colored duct tape. There were lose floor tiles in the bathroom. The indoor pool was average, yet the smell of chlorine or shock was so strong it hurt my eyes just being in the pool area, not even being in the water. Almost all Marriotts that have an indoor pool have an indoor spa; not this Residence Inn.
  The good: nice staff, nice breakfast, finger food at dinner times on some days, conveniently located near many stores and restaurants and fast food.
