  The gentleman that greets you at the Deptford Mall store when you come in fixed my phone within 3 minutes. The Verizon at Bjs couldn't figure out anything. He also checked out my data use. He was smart and knowledgeable.

  Long time Verizon customer. Have used this store many times for upgrades and always had good experiences. Just upgraded again and totally disappointed in the level of customer service. The rep barely did absolutely nothing more than tap on his tablet. During previous upgrades the reps would assist with phone data transfers and explain phone features. Not this time, even tho store was almost empty.....Not sure if I will ever return to this store.....
